About the instructor, Jana:
I have been a crafter and card maker since before I was a teenager. in 1998 I started making my own Christmas cards and most birthday cards/sympathy cards instead of sending store-bought. As I neared retirement from my "day job" I wanted to have something to keep myself social and active and started a card making class at my Senior Center. Thirteen years later I am still holding monthly card technique classes in several cities and love sharing the joy of making little pieces of art that can be sent far and wide to put smiles on the faces of others. My card makers also support a Military Ministry that sends cards to overseas military so that they have all occasions cards to send home.
