Friends of the Library

The Friends of Library was organized in 1968. Membership is open to everyone interested in supporting and promoting the Berlin Public Library.   The Friends coordinate popular book sales with donations of materials from our community.  Friends members also assist at special library functions and lend financial support to special programs and library projects, such as book mending and data entry.  The Friends sponsor library programs including Summer Library Reading program, library beautification purchases, and early literacy incentives.  Become a member at any time and renew your membership yearly.   Additional information about the Friends can be obtained at the library or by calling 920-361-5420 or sending a message to director@berlinlibrary.org

To donate materials, the Friends welcome gently used books, CD’s, and DVD’s. We are unable to accept text books, computer books, medical books, magazines, technical manuals, encyclopedias, or Reader’s Digest condensed books.  Monetary donations may be made via check or cash to the Friends of the Library at Berlin Public Library by mail or in person at the help desk at the library.

Friends are a 501c3 Non-Profit organization, therefore, all donations are tax deductible.
