Charcuterie Class

Want to learn about displaying your cheese and meat in a more beautiful way? From sweet to savory, there is a variety of ways you can put together a delightful charcuterie tray that will satisfy everyone’s palette. Join Kathy McCarthy, a former cheese educator in Door County, and owner of the Mill Street Cooking School in Green Lake where she will show us some ideas for displaying some Wisconsin goodness…cheese and more!
