GrapeVine Session: Self-Care: Awareness, Acknowledgment, Action

Come join the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation for a free health session at the Berlin Public Library on Tuesday, March 19th from 6-7 pm.

Presented by a registered nurse, this one hour session will teach participants about self-care. Self-care is a necessary and unselfish tool for maintaining good health and well-being. This unit will educate women on the steps they can take for balanced physical, mental, and spiritual health needs amidst everyday responsibilities.

Participants will also go home with their own self-care workbook.

Open to the public! Registration not required, but appreciated. Call the Berlin Library at 920-361-5420.

This session is part of GrapeVine, a health education program where Wisconsin nurses educate their community. GrapeVine is a part of the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation, a statewide non-profit that strives to innovate, impact and improve women’s health.
